About Us – Greater Palm Lake Neighborhood Association

A Word from Our President

“Each sunrise over Palm Lake reminds me that community is our greatest strength. From rebuilding after Katrina to planting our entrance gardens, when neighbors unite, we flourish. Let’s embrace new ideas and create an even brighter future—together!”
— Stephanie Toll

The roots of the Greater Palm Lake Neighborhood Association trace back to the early 1970s, when a handful of lakefront homeowners banded together to clear debris, trim the overgrown entrance gardens, and host potluck cookouts by the water’s edge. Through the ’70s and ’80s we refined our volunteer cleanups, launched holiday boat parades on Palm Lake, and forged the first Neighborhood Watch patrols—building bonds that have endured for over fifty years.
